Space Solutions launch pad for Arc Securities |
Space Solutions recently completed the design and refurbishment of over 3500 sq ft of office space within the new £60million Edinburgh Quay development at Fountainbridge in Edinburgh for newly launched Independent Agency Bond Broker, Arc Securities.
Arc Securities is servicing a global Institutional Client base and sought an open plan office in a central Edinburgh location. When the office at Edinburgh Quay was identified, Arc commissioned Space Solutions to ensure that the space would match their specific requirements. Space implemented a turnkey solution from initial design to completion of the contracting works.
 Mark Butchard was the main designer for Space Solutions, and enjoyed working on the project. “The Arc office has excellent natural light emanating from the curved windows, which provided inspiration for the design. We also got to know the company in order to incorporate their personality and aspirations – along with all the functional requirements - into the workspace. The unique flooring design, and manifestations on the glass, mirrors the Arc logo and philosophy. By using full height glazed partitions we were able to ensure a feeling of quality whilst making the most of stunning views across the City.”
