| Space Solutions Secure Key Role in Aberdeen Asset Management Move |

SCOTTISH commercial design practice Space Solutions has secured a contract to design and manage the interior fit out of office accommodation in Edinburgh’s prestigious city centre. Space Solutions has been commissioned by international investment management group Aberdeen Asset Management to design and manage the fit out for their new Edinburgh office at the prestigious Number 40 building on Princes Street. The project will see a new reception area created, flexible open-plan office space, plus meeting and conference facilities with outstanding views of Edinburgh Castle on the top two floors of the 47,500 sq.ft building. The 10 week contract is expected to be complete during the summer. Business manager Gary McGurk said: “By demonstrating an understanding of what today’s modern companies require from their work space and through adopting highly flexible working practices, Space Solutions continues to secure an increasing volume of high profile refurbishment projects throughout Scotland.” |
