Fit-out & Refurbishment

Our team of Quantity Surveyors, Contract Managers and CDM Coordinators are experts in commercial office fit-out and refurbishment. This division provides support to the architecture & design team to ensure that our clients visions for new working environments are delivered. Project managers will work directly with the client to ensure their optimum property solution is achieved in time and on budget. Space can take ownership of the entire design and refurbishment package at the earliest opportunity for a cost-effective and seamless service.

Relocations & Operations

Our Relocations team have extensive in-depth knowledge of business moves and relocations. Working on the client’s behalf, a solution is tailored to their specific needs, ensuring successful delivery of the move from pre-planning to post move support. Our Operations division provides added value services to compliment our integrated approach.

Sustainability Services

Space Solutions has a dedicated sustainability team who provide a range of services for developers and occupiers of non-domestic buildings. We can provide Energy Performance Certificates, Environmental Opportunity Assessments and BREEAM assessments. Our experienced team can also assist and make recommendations for implementing changes within the workplace to reduce corporate carbon footprint.
