Specialists in commercial office refurbishment, the Contracting Division provides support to the Space Solutions design studio to ensure that their visions for new work environments are realised.

The professionally qualified team of Quantity Surveyors, Contracts and Project Managers work closely with Client’s to establish the specification required and develop a project plan to suit timescales and budgets.

The team take complete responsibility for the development of work scopes and subsequent estimating, tendering and procurement, cost control and management, leaving clients to concentrate on their business.

They will appoint, coordinate and manage all contractors involved, providing a single line of communication and responsibility. The skills and experience of the Space team includes:
