Scottish architecture and space planning practice Space Solutions has completed work to design and manage the interior refurbishment of the four-storey B Listed building at 11 Rubislaw Terrace into around 3,400sq ft of contemporary office space fully outfitted for modern business needs.

Developer, Fraser Gordon commented: “We wanted to create premises which would be highly desirable but having it pre-let prior to completion is an indication of the quality of the premises and the work carried out on it.”
