The project involved the design of a new 14,000sq.ft office facility on CapRock Communications existing site at Bridge of Don in Aberdeen.  The project was led by property development company Knight Real Estate who purchased the site and is leasing back the completed building to CapRock.

The high specification office building, which serves as their European Network Operations Centre (NOC) includes a feature reception and board room, high quality finishes and a specially designed rack room to support the tenant’s specialist equipment.
