Space Solutions architectural team created a scheme to transform the existing car showroom into modern business space for use by a company offering serviced office accommodation and meeting room services.

The building was then refurbished to provide flexible open-plan space which is contemporary and businesslike.  The space also includes high specification shared reception area and welfare facilities.

"We required the space to be designed to allow tenants the opportunity to interact with each other on a day to day basis to offer networking, which is extremely important especially for small businesses. 

The creative use of space ensures that all clients have access to the shared break-out area which has been designed to allow regular informal networking.  Space Solutions approach was to create this networking area at the core of the building which also offers a variety of flexible office and meeting space."
