Job Description - Relocations Manager

You will be responsible for the management of office moves and reconfigurations of buildings, to meet customer requirements, whilst adhering to internal policies and procedures and external legal requirements..

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the effective delivery of high quality relocation service throughout this project, through implementing the necessary systems and procedures
• Manage project resources/delivery, in terms of labour and vehicles
• Manage required contractors
• To manage the relocation process in an effective and efficient manner
• Attend the planning and move team meetings and prepare information and instructions as required.
• Key client liaison and monitoring of client satisfaction, providing regular information to customers on project progress.
• Handle all enquiries relating to the moves and will also be on site during each phase of the moves.   
• Lead Large Team of relocation operatives
