Due to continued expansion Space Solutions has an urgent requirement for a site manager to support our Aberdeen Contracting Division.
This position is ideally suited to a candidate with extensive experience in refurbishment and construction project works. Will involve planning and co-ordinating site works, overseeing sub-contractors work and ensuring timely completion of works.

Job Description
Reporting to the Project Manager, the site manager will be responsible for the efficient running of the sites and as such, will be aware and in control of all aspects of site operations, including the planning of site progress.
Typical work activities of the Site Manager would include:
- leading regular site meetings with professionals, including quantity surveyors, building services engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and the client.
- maintaining strict quality control procedures - this necessitates regular visual inspections of work, and frequent tours of the site;
- conducting regular site safety checks;
- ensuring the project runs to schedule and to budget, and finding solutions to problems that may cause delays.
